Gap Analysis – Before implementing a standard you have to know precisely the strength of your framework and what is absent from your current documents and systems (if set up) to line up with ISO’s standards. This gives you a smooth sailing guide on what should be balanced and included. It also offers a better vision of when you’ll have your process completely functioning and ready for the certification.
Step 2
Scope and Design – At this stage, we have finished the Gap Analysis, we would now be able to utilize this information and begin examining different arrangements and solutions that should be taken care of, with all stakeholders. This progression doesn’t take a lot of time yet should be recorded because of its significant function in figuring out what your association might want to accomplish.
Step 3
Implementation – Along with the management, processes shall be put to ensure compliance with the ISO requirements. It must be remembered that during this journey to certification, this is where the majority of time will be spent.

Step 4
Training-The purpose of this step is to train your various departments on the activities and objects required to support the standard and to substantiate the audit system.
Management Meeting-Evaluating and measuring the output of the quality system. Determine the need for some adjustments and enhancements as well as proposals to improve. Determine the appropriateness of the policies and the subject matter.
Implementation Review-The objective and the final result of the management review should be a continual improvement. As the reliability and efficiency of your organization’s Management system (using corrective and preventive measures and audit findings) increases, the process performance and enhancement processes will also increase.
Step 5
Certification Audit of the 3rd Party-This is the point of certification where audits of stage 1 and stage 2 are done. It is carried out by an external ISO certification agency. The auditors are going to come to the premises and audit your company. You can achieve your ISO Certification after a successful audit.
Step 6
Continual improvement-While this stage is not stated in our title as you should have already earned your certification after Step 5, ensuring that your company retains the ISO certification that you have worked so hard to achieve is a crucial step. Make sure you keep developing your system and keep to your newly established processes and policies.
